Panis is the owner of the weapon shop in the small village of Ames. He was one of the frequent victims of the harassment of the notorious former adventurers the "Harios Brothers". When Hiiro Okamura arrived in town he felt no motivation to help them. But when Panis offered him a suitable reward he jumped into action and saved the town.In return Panis gave Hiiro his most valuable possession the Thorn Sword-Piercer. He had intended to keep in at a family heirloom but insisted that Hiiro's deed was worthy of such a reward.
